The scope of the order includes the preparation of design documentation for an above-ground parking lot and an underground parking lot that meets the requirements of an emergency shelter. This should be understood as: main order design documentation, option design documentation and all necessary design documentation jointly. 2. The main order includes: - preparation by the Contractor of a construction and architectural design of all necessary sectors along with a land development design and other documentation necessary for the Ordering Party to obtain a permit for the construction of the Investment (hereinafter referred to as the Construction Design), - the Contractor transfers the proprietary rights to the Construction Design to the Ordering Party, - the Contractor obtains for the Ordering Party an administrative decision from the competent authority covering the construction permit for the Investment (hereinafter referred to as the "Construction Permit"). 3.
