The subject of the order is: development of design documentation for securing the building structure at ul. elazna 22. The contractor is obliged to complete the order on the terms and conditions described in the draft provisions of the contract and the guidelines development of design documentation constituting an integral part of the SWZ. In order to properly prepare the offer, it is recommended that the Contractor conduct a local inspection of the area and facility at his own expense and obtain (at his own responsibility and risk) all information, which may be important for the preparation of the offer. The area and facility will be made available after prior arrangement with a technical employee of TZOM ul. Ogrodowa 28/30 in Warsaw at tel. (22) 49 58 486 from 9.00 a.m. to 2.30 p.m. The inspection should be carried out at meeting safety conditions due to the existing threat level in the facility, and the person performing the inspection should provide his own personal protective equipment.
