The subject of the order is the development of documentation for the SAP installation, CCTV, building facade and lightning protection installation for the Granary building.2. During the public procurement procedure, answering questions from contractors, providing explanations regarding the developed design documentation and making possible modifications (amendments and additions) to the developed design documentation, the need to introduce which will result from the questions asked as well as the appeals filed and answers provided. 3. During the implementation of the investment, exercising author's supervision in accordance with the Acts of July 7, 1994 Construction Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 418, as amended). The contractor is obliged to implement the subject of the contract in this respect under the terms and conditions contained in the contract.4. The scope of design documentation includes preliminary studies, development of a construction design necessary to obtain a building permit and a permit to perform conservation works in a historic building, development of technical designs with specifications, bills of quantities and investor's cost estimate.
