PART 1 of the order, development of design and cost estimate documentation for the investment task: Construction of roads at Modrzewiowa and Cisowa streets in Gutkowo, including: - construction/reconstruction of a road with an asphalt surface or paving stones up to 5 m wide including drainage, hardened roadsides on both sides, property entrances (within the road) and exits and intersections (if any); - reconstruction of conflicts with existing technical infrastructure in accordance with the conditions issued by the administrators network; - preparing a design for permanent traffic organization. The road included in the scope of the study is approx. 430 m long (plot no. 186/93, 186/91, 186/32, 186/35, 186/48, 186/59, 186/63, 186/69, 186/89, 186/90 rev. Gutkowo, Jonkowo commune). The demarcation lines include: underground power line, overhead power line, telecommunications line, water supply network, sanitary and gas sewage systems. The area selected for study is covered by the local spatial development plan adopted by Resolution No. XII/237/01 of on 2001-08-27.
