Tender Details

The subject of the order is the preparation of design documentation for the replacement of passenger elevators along with the reconstruction of elevator shafts and the elevator machine room in building B of the Ministry of Infrastructure at ul. Chaubiskiego 4/6 in Warsaw. The scope of the Order will include: the following stages: 1) Stage I: assessment of the technical condition and structural analysis of the building, elevator shafts in terms of expansion and modernization; 2) Stage II: development of a construction design, detailed design, technical specification for construction and acceptance works (STWiOR), bill of quantities, investor's cost estimate;3) Stage III: obtaining on behalf of the investor, on the basis of a separate written authorization, permits and decisions necessary for the implementation of the investment, as well as all relevant arrangements, opinions and recommendations entities and bodies;4) Stage IV: providing author's supervision at the stage of selecting the contractor for the works;5) Stage V: providing author's supervision at the stage of implementation of the works until their completion and acceptance.
