The description of the subject of the order is specified in the documents: request for quotation along with other attachments that were attached in tab "ATTACHMENTS". The Ordering Party reserves the right to make a partial payment within 30 days of complete completion of the stage. Completion date: 6 months from the moment of signing the Agreement II. Conditions of order fulfillment: In accordance with the published annexes III. Course procedure: The Ordering Party informs that the procedure is conducted in two stages: a) I stage - submission of offers that will take part in stage II, b) II stage - electronic bidding - the bidding will start automatically after the end of stage I and will last 15 minutes and overtime - sub-stage of the second stage, the conditions of which are described in detail in the procedure settings on the Shopping Platform. Each overtime lasts 3 minutes - it is triggered if another correct submission is made in the last 3 minutes of the procedure offer (increment). Contractors accepted by the Ordering Party who do not submit their Tenders correctly at the stage of submitting offers (stage I) will be automatically excluded from further stages of the procedure. The Ordering Party grants approval for the implementation Orders by placing information on the Selection of the Most Advantageous Offer on the Purchasing Platform.
