Preparation of design documentation for the renovation of a fire detection room in the Stara Kuźnia forestry The subject of the order includes the development of full design documentation for the task called "Renovation of the fire detection room in the Stara Kuźnia forestry", in accordance with the provisions of the Agreement, current technical knowledge, principles of construction practice and applicable law. The task also includes submitting a building permit application or reporting construction works. The contractor is obliged to develop complete documentation and obtain, among others: a) arrangements for the construction design (including the necessary opinions and consents of the authorities) made on behalf of and for the benefit of the Ordering Party - including in particular representing the Ordering Party before the Provincial Conservator of Monuments (WKZ) and obtaining its permits and arrangements, b) the final decision on the building permit or a certificate on the lack of grounds to raise an objection to the notification of construction works (or the expiry of the deadline for submitting objection), c) Technical Specifications for the Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works (STWiORB), d) bills of quantities covering the necessary scope of construction works covered by the study, e) investor's estimate, f) information regarding Safety and Security Health (BIOZ), g) a written declaration of the authorized Designer and the Designer verifying that the documentation has been prepared in accordance with the contract, applicable regulations and standards, and that it is issued...
