Preparation of design documentation related to the division of a residential premises into two separate premises along with obtaining a building permit. The premises are located in Warsaw, precinct 6-07-05, no. plot no. 14/2, at ul. Wolska 90 m2. The premises are located at ground floor of a multi-family, 13-unit residential building with three above-ground floors and one underground floor, wholly owned by KOWR OT in Warsaw. The design should include water and sewage, ventilation, electricity and gas, as well as the entrance to premises No. 2B (according to the attached sketch) from the outside of the building. Ultimately, premises 2B will be heated electrically, and the gas installation will remain only in premises No. 2A. The premises have been divided by a blue line but this division is not obligatory. A building permit must be obtained together with the project. Description of the subject of the order: - Preparation of geodetic documentation (inventory) - Preparation of design documentation for the division of the premises together with networks - Obtaining building permits and registration of the construction log.
