1. The subject of the order is the development of construction and executive documentation for the reconstruction of the road on the section from the district road No. 1818W ul. Kocielna to provincial road No. 631 ul. Mantis in the Wieliszew commune.2. Scope of design work: 1) acquisition necessary starting materials: current maps for design purposes, excerpts and extracts from the land register and local development plan, necessary technical conditions and arrangements, decisions, ZUD arrangements, etc., 2) development of the concept design, 3) preparation of a construction design, in the number of 5 copies (technical description, land development design, site plan, longitudinal profiles, normal and structural cross-sections, ZUD, bioz information and necessary details), 4) preparation of the design executive, in the number of 4 copies, 5) the design assumptions specified in Annex No. 10 should be taken into account, 6) development of the project of temporary traffic organization for the duration of the works, in the number of 4 copies, 7) development of the project of permanent traffic organization, in the number of 4 copies, 8) preparation of the investor's cost estimate, in the amount of 2 copies, 9) preparation of the bill of quantities, in the amount of 2 copies, 10) prepared...
