The subject of the order includes the development of design documentation for the reconstruction of the road lane of ul. Kmicica in terms of improving the security of entry and exit from the premises of Primary School No. 1 in Polkowice, along with the necessary reconstruction of the communication system on the premises of an educational facility and adaptation of part of the pitch for the needs of a parking lot, plot no. 66, 68/1, 68/2, 365/2 obrb 1, Polkowice, Polkowice commune. The documentation prepared under the contract must meet the requirements of completeness, compliance with applicable legal provisions and standards technical and technical knowledge principles and will enable the Ordering Party to: 1) obtain the right to carry out the works, 2) prepare and conduct a public procurement procedure to select a contractor for construction works, 3) correct and comply with the law implementation of planned construction works, 4) ensuring improvement of traffic safety conditions and comfort of use of the street.
