Tender Details

The subject of the order is the development of design documentation for the expansion of a municipal road in Chorzów on a plot with registration number 254, along with obtaining the necessary administrative arrangements, permits and providing author's supervision. On the contractor there will be an obligation to perform the following works within the offered price: a) purchase and update of map bases for design purposes, b) obtain on behalf and for the benefit of the Ordering Party all legally required arrangements, opinions, conditions and permits related to development of design documentation, c) deviations from technical conditions, if necessary, d) inter-industry design arrangements, e) removal of any collisions with the designed road system if they occur, f) carrying out all necessary measurements, tests, expert opinions and reports, g) obtaining on behalf of the Ordering Party, if required: - geological, engineering and hydrotechnical documentation, - a decision regarding the environmental conditions for the implementation project, - water permit. h) preparation of a technical and construction project (land development project, architectural design...
