1. The subject of the order is the development of design documentation for the task entitled: Preparation of design documentation for the reconstruction of the intersection of district road 2293K with municipal roads in the town of Raciborowice, consisting of, among others: on the reconstruction of the district road in the scope of the intersection of district road 2293K street Jana Dugosza with municipal roads No. 600458K ul. Landscape and No. 600502K ul. Wawelska in the town of Raciborowice in the range of km 2+400 2+500 along with obtaining appropriate arrangements and administrative decisions enabling the implementation of construction works, including the ZRID decision, if necessary. 2. Detailed description the subject of the order and the scope of the Contractor's obligations are specified in the annexes to the SWZ, including, among others: in: 1) Appendix No. 8 to the SWZ Description of the subject of the order, 2) Appendix No. 9 to the SWZ Draft Provisions of the Agreement (PPU).3. The above-mentioned documents are to be treated as complementary to each other.4.
