The subject of the order is: Development of design documentation for the reconstruction of the heating network foam concrete 2xDN150 from K-2/7 to K-2/7/2 at ul. Grunwaldzka-Graniczna in Bydgoszcz. The scope of the order is indicated on the site plan of the Technical Conditions constituting Annex No. 1 to this SWZ. The subject of the order includes, among others: 1) execution a list/list of studies included in the set of submitted project documentation, 2) obtaining a map for design purposes; preparation of a construction design in accordance with the local development plan and a study of conditions i directions of spatial development (4 copies in paper version, 1 copy in electronic version), along with all arrangements and permits (including acceptance of the proposed network route and connections and obtaining consent from land owners for temporary seizure during the implementation of the task, ZUD arrangements) along with obtaining a valid building permit or confirmation of acceptance of the works notification. In the case of plots where the network is designed and plots to which entry will be necessary for a purpose proper conduct of construction works, the designer is obliged to obtain a declaration from the owner consenting to the temporary occupation of the land.
