The subject of the order is: Development of design documentation for the reconstruction of the 2xDN150 foam concrete heating network from K-2/7 to K-2/7/2 at ul. Grunwaldzka-Graniczna in Bydgoszcz. The scope of the order is indicated on the site plan of the Conditions Technical constituting Annex No. 1 to this SWZ. The subject of the order includes, among others: 1) preparation of a list/list of studies included in the set of submitted project documentation, 2) obtaining a map for design purposes; execution construction design in accordance with the local development plan and a study of the conditions and directions of spatial development (4 copies in paper version, 1 copy in electronic version), along with all arrangements and permissions (including acceptance of the proposed route of the network and connections and obtaining the consent of land owners for temporary occupation during the implementation of the task, ZUD arrangements) along with obtaining a valid building permit or confirmation of acceptance of the works notification. IN in the case of plots on which the network is designed and plots to which entry will be necessary for the proper conduct of construction works, the designer is obliged to obtain a declaration from the owner in power consenting to temporary occupation terrain. Any one-off fee, compensation, etc. will be estimated by the Ordering Party based on the graphic material, strip width and other factors as well as the assumed value of 1 m2 ...
