Preparation of design documentation for the reconstruction of the fire detection room in the Blachownia forestry The subject of the order includes the development of full design documentation for the investment project called: "Reconstruction of the fire detection room in Blachownia forestry", in accordance with the provisions of the Agreement, current technical knowledge, principles of construction practice and applicable law. The contractor is obliged to develop complete documentation and obtain, among others: a) arrangements construction design (including the necessary opinions and consents of authorities) made on behalf of and for the benefit of the Ordering Party, b) the final decision on the building permit or a certificate stating that there are no grounds to object to the notification of construction works (or the expiry of deadline for filing an objection) c) Technical Specifications for the Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works (STWiORB), d) bills of quantities covering the necessary scope of construction works covered by the study, e) investor's estimate, f) information regarding Safety and Health Protection (BIOZ), g) a written declaration of the authorized Designer and Designer verifying that the documentation has been prepared in accordance with the contract, applicable regulations and standards, and that it is issued complete from the point of view of the purpose it is intended to serve, h) other necessary materials and studies A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ Doc Title: Preparation of design documentation for the reconstruction...
