The subject of the order is the development of design and cost estimate documentation for the reconstruction and renovation of the building of the Secondary School No. XII at Pl. Orlt Lwowskich 2a in Wroclaw along with obtaining a building permit or a certificate of no objection to performing works that do not require obtaining a building permit, divided into tasks and stages: Task 1: Development of design documentation for the reconstruction and renovation of the building in terms of adaptation to the requirements of fire protection regulations, replacement of installations electrical and telecommunications, renovation and reconstruction of central heating and renovation and reconstruction of the existing shelter divided into Stages: a) Stage 1: Adaptation of LO XII facilities to the fire protection regulations. including the shelter, b) Stage 2: Comprehensive reconstruction/replacement of the electrical and telecommunications installations of LO XII facilities, c) Stage 3: Comprehensive reconstruction, renovation of the central heating installation in buildings A and B, d) Stage 4: Renovation and reconstruction of the existing shelter, in order to meet the building conditions protective U-1, Task 2: Providing author's supervision over works carried out on the basis of the design documentation referred to in Task 1.
