Preparation of design documentation for the modernization of water disinfection installations in SW Dąbrowa and SW Teofilów 1. The subject of the order is the development of design documentation for the modernization of the water disinfection installation in SW Dąbrowa and SW Teofilów with the division into sentences: 1.1.Task 1: Modernization of the water disinfection installation at SW Dąbrowa - ul. Bławatna 19/21, 93-232 Łódź. 1.2.Task 2: Modernization of the water disinfection installation at SW Teofilów - ul. Traktorowa 208, 91-218 Łódź. 1.3. As part of the order, the Contractor will develop design documentation for the modernization of water disinfection installations in SW Dąbrowa and SW Teofilów” together with a technology process based on the production of sodium hypochlorite from table salt by electrolysis of its solution. 1.4. The contractor is obliged to: executions: a) design documentation (construction design and executive design) along with obtaining the required administrative decisions, arrangements and permits, b) performing author's supervision over the compliance of the implemented investment with the completed Documentation design, c) participation in the contract award procedure for construction works. 1.5. As part of the contract price, the Contractor will provide a warranty for the submitted Design Documentation and will transfer the copyright to the Ordering Party under the conditions specified in contract. The subject of the order should be performed in accordance with the Description of the Subject of the Order, constituting Annex No. 8 to the SWZ and the provisions of the draft contract included in Annex No. 9 to the SWZ.
