The Ordering Party invites you to submit an offer for the preparation of design documentation for the modernization of central heating and hot water system nodes in the building at ul. Tamka 40 in Warsaw. Description of the subject of the order, offer form, can be found in Attachments tab. The offer should be submitted via the Centrum I Housing Cooperative Purchasing Platform, only from your profile registered on the Purchasing Platform by attaching the Offer Form in the Attachments tab. It is considered that the person posting all documents, applications, notices and offers on the purchasing platform of the Centrum I Housing Cooperative is authorized by the Contractor and acts on his behalf. Any documents requiring signatures of representatives The Contractor must submit: - in electronic form - a scan (with visible signatures of persons representing the Contractor) or - in electronic form with a qualified electronic signature. Documents must be of appropriate quality, minimum 150 dpi (enabling the reading of the content contained in the document). It is also allowed to submit an offer in paper form at the headquarters of the Centrum Housing Cooperative I.
