Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the development of design documentation for the investment titled: Construction, reconstruction, expansion of a warehouse for the needs of OLiOC along with an administration building and facilities for ZGZiR in Nowy Targ.2. The place of execution of the subject of the order is at ul. Targowa 6 and street Targowa 8, 34-400 Nowy Targ. The detailed location of the registration plots is specified in graphic appendix No. 10 to the SWZ. The order does not cover entire plots of land, but only their parts, which are clearly marked with a red line.3. The investment task includes, in particular, execution complete multi-discipline design and cost estimate documentation and STWiORB. 1/ Activities related to the execution of the subject of the order include: a) developing three variants of the concept for acceptance by the ordering party, one variant for further processing of the order, b) developing a design construction based on the approved variant of the concept along with other requirements required to obtain a building permit and all necessary documents and arrangements, c) development of an executive design for the purposes of carrying out the works together with the equipment developed ...
