The investment is to be located on plots no. 267/1, 267/2 and 267/3, orb 0054, Gdask and aims to create a modern, multifunctional Green HUB greenhouse and laboratory complex, dedicated to innovative research and implementation in the field of environmental engineering, energy and civil engineering. The complex is a small research platform and part of the activities scientists with active cooperation with the economic and industrial environment and openness to society. Green HUB will be located on the campus of the Gdańsk University of Technology. The usable area of the designed laboratory building is approximately 440 m2, including: a two-story laboratory building with an area 240 m exhibition and greenhouse complex with a total area of approximately 200 m.
