The investment is supposed to be located on registration plots no. 267/1, 267/2 and 267/3, orb 0054, Gdask and aims to create a modern, multifunctional Green HUB greenhouse and laboratory complex, dedicated to innovative research and implementation in the field of engineering environment, energy and civil engineering. The complex is a small research platform, combining scientific activities with active cooperation with the economic and industrial environment and openness to society. Green HUB will be located on the campus of the Gdańsk University of Technology. The usable area of the designed laboratory building is approximately 440 m2, including: a two-story laboratory building with an area of 240 m2, an exhibition and greenhouse complex with a total area of approximately 200 m2.
