The subject of the order is the preparation of multi-disciplinary, multi-stage design and cost estimate documentation for the investment titled: Improving energy efficiency with the installation of renewable energy sources in historic buildings of the State Academy of Applied Sciences in Krona, for the needs of PANS in Krona in accordance with Appendix No. 4 to SWZ Functional and Utility Program (Description of the subject of the order). Campus buildings at ul. Kazimierz Wielki are located in an area included in the historical urban layout. State Academy of Applied Sciences in Kronie is the owner of the buildings at ul. Kazimierza Wielkiego 4, Kazimierza Wielkiego 6A, Kazimierza Wielkiego 6B, Kazimierza Wielkiego 8.2) The subject of the order was divided into two stages: a) Stage I - Pre-design works. At this stage, based on the description the subject of the order, i.e. the functional and utility program, constituting Annex No. 4 to the SWZ Contractor: a1) prepare a multi-discipline conceptual design. The developed multi-discipline conceptual design will be subject to the written acceptance of the Ordering Party and Podkarpackie Provincial Conservator of Monuments.
