Part I, the task of developing complete design and cost estimate documentation for the construction of roads, bicycle paths, sidewalks (pedestrian and bicycle paths) along with lighting, rainwater drainage (including retention reservoir/s), sanitary sewage and water supply network for plot No. 1236/14 along with obtaining an administrative decision authorizing the implementation of construction works. It is recommended to locate all networks on one side of the road. For plot 1-1236/14, the Ordering Party has designated: road lane o approx. 25 m wide. roadways approx. 7 m wide (2x3.5 m). pedestrian and bicycle routes, 3 m wide. technical lane, approximately 5.5 m wide. area reserves approx. 6.5 m (e.g. for the sidewalk)
