The subject of the order is the development of comprehensive design documentation (including obtaining a valid building permit) for the construction of a recreational complex. The study area is approximately 4.4 ha. The scope of the order includes, among others: design:- overwater wooden piers, - a bicycle path, - a catering area, - an access road and a parking lot for passenger cars, - a beach soccer field and a tennis court with stands, - a Pumptrack bicycle track, - a gym. external with a complex of street workout equipment, - containers, - playground, - small architecture, - brine area, - lighting and monitoring, - recreational greenery, - necessary internal and external installations.
