1. The subject of the order is the preparation of multi-discipline design documentation along with obtaining the necessary administrative arrangements and decisions, as well as providing author's supervision for the investment titled Comprehensive construction and conservation renovation of the Wiey basements Ratuszowa in Krakow. The investment concerns the basement of the Town Hall Tower in Krakow, Rynek Gwny 1, where the People's Theater conducts cultural activities. The aim of the investment is to restore the appropriate standard of use and adaptation to current conditions technical. The scope of the design study includes comprehensive construction and conservation renovation and interior modernization, including the replacement of all internal installations and arrangement of basement space. Design development must lead to improvement of conditions functioning, achieving a coherent, ordered composition of the basement space, understood as a uniform set of interiors with a clear functional and aesthetic hierarchy.2.
