Preparation of design documentation for: Bridge reconstruction along the road 1978D on the Czarna Woda river between Siedlakowice and Krysztaowice and Reconstruction of the road 1978D between Siedlakowice and Krysztaowicam The subject of the order is the development of two design documentation, hereinafter referred to as the Project for the investment located along district road 1978D, including a bridge structure and a road section. The documentation will be carried out by project, i.e.: Project 1 Reconstruction of the bridge along the road 1978D over the Czarna Woda River between Siedlakowice and Krysztaowice, the scope of which includes in particular: 1) reconstruction of the bridge along with access roads along district road No. 1978D at km 3+220, 2) demolition of the existing bridge and obtaining industry opinions, 3) obtaining all required industry opinions, agreements and administrative decisions enabling the implementation of the investment, 4) exercising author's supervision. Project 2 Reconstruction of the road No. 1978D between Siedlakowice and Krysztaowice, the scope of which includes in particular: 1) reconstruction of the district road No. 1978D on the section approx. 850 m long, from km 2+750 to km 3+600;2) construction of a road for pedestrians and bicycles;3) construction and/or reconstruction of the road drainage system;4) obtaining all required industry opinions, arrangements and administrative decisions enabling the implementation of the investment;5) supervising...
