Tender Details

The subject of the order is the provision of a service consisting in the development of design documentation for the construction of a new building as part of the expansion of PSP No. 30 in Opole. The study should include the construction of a new building for primary school students (grades I and III) based on applicable legal provisions, also in the area of ​​Education Law, Directive 2012/27/EU on the energy efficiency of public institutions, along with obtaining on behalf of the Ordering Party all conditions, legally required arrangements and decisions, and in accordance with regulations arising from the Construction Law: preparation of an application for a building permit decision. As part of the contract, only if necessary, the designer will prepare an application for cutting down trees with annexes. The documentation should include execution construction and technical design, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works (STWIORB), investor cost estimates, interior design design including specifications in accordance with PZP, greenery design, executive designs for all industries (architectural, electrical, telecommunications, sanitary, road).
