1. The subject of the order includes the preparation of design documentation for the expansion of the Primary School in Gra with the option: a) the basic order includes the preparation of design documentation together with obtaining the final decision on the building permit; b) the subject of the order optional (hereinafter: Option) includes author's supervision over the implementation of construction works based on the design documentation referred to in point (a). a.2. The description of the subject of the order, the conditions of its implementation and the Contractor's obligations include: 1) draft provisions of the contract (hereinafter PPU), constituting Appendix No. 7 to the SWZ.2) Description of the subject of the order (hereinafter referred to as OPZ), constituting Appendix No. 6 to the SWZ.
