1. The subject of the order is the development of design documentation for an investment project consisting in the expansion of the district road No. 1354L in the town of Wesówka from km 10+615 to km 13+422 in the scope of: - regulation of the legal status of the boundaries of the road (including division of approximately 250 properties), - preparation of design documentation for all industries to the extent necessary to obtain a permit to carry out construction works and to announce a public procurement procedure for the performance of construction works consisting in on the expansion of a class Z road (Wesowka area). An indicative plan showing the location of the investment task is attached as Annex No. 10 to the SWZ. It is required to prepare documentation both to obtain a permit to perform the works from the administrative body architectural and construction, as well as conducting public procurement proceedings for construction works.
