The subject of the order in the part covered by Task 1 (Reconstruction of the section of ul. Podchorych in Bielsko-Biaej) is the preparation of full-scope, full-range and complete design and cost estimate documentation (hereinafter referred to as the Documentation), in the scope including, among others: - preparation of design and cost estimate documentation, - obtaining the necessary arrangements, conditions and administrative decisions enabling obtaining a building permit/ZRID decision, - preparation of surveying and ownership materials; - project implementation target and temporary traffic organization, - preparation of tender materials, - and providing author's supervision over the works covered by the Documentation. A detailed definition of the scope of the subject of the order is included in Chapters III - V of the SWZ.
