1. The subject of the order is the development of multi-disciplinary design documentation for the development of the boulevards. Fr. Dr. Stanisawa Hako on the Bia River and providing author's supervision. 2. The scope of the order also includes: 1) obtaining a map for design purposes, 2) obtaining all necessary materials, technical conditions, necessary opinions, decisions and agreements required by law, 3) developing a concept and complete design documentation, which should include all construction works in accordance with the regulations law, 4) obtaining acceptance of the concept by the Ordering Party in terms of compliance with the functional and utility assumptions, in terms of the adopted solutions and construction materials planned to be used, 5) obtaining acceptance of the design documentation by the Ordering Party, 6) preparing materials for an application for a decision authorizing the cutting of trees and shrubs, including replacement plantings, developing a planting project (if necessary), 7) preparing materials and obtaining a water permit (if necessary) necessity), 8) design study regarding solutions to remove identified conflicts between the planned investment and the...
