3.1. The subject of the order is a service consisting in: 1) preparation of design and cost estimate documentation, and obtaining the required decisions, arrangements and permits related to the construction of an underground parking lot with the function of a protective structure (hiding for the public) next to the buildings population protection entity of the Sports and Recreation Center in Tuchola, along with providing an autonomous source of electricity for the purposes of securing the implementation of population protection and civil defense tasks, including the evacuation of the population, along with obtaining from the competent architectural and construction administration authority, appropriate documents authorizing the implementation of the investment in accordance with the Construction Law and the Act of April 10, 2003 on special rules for the preparation and implementation of investments in the field of roads public; 2) providing author's supervision over the investment carried out on the basis of the documentation referred to in point 1.
