Preparation of design documentation for the construction of ul. Lena on the section from No. 14 to No. 16 in Sucha Grna; 600.60017.6050 as part of the budget task entitled: Construction of ul. Lena from property no. 14 to 16 in Sucha Grna1. The subject of the contract includes: 1) Stage I: a) development of two concepts for the designed road (in accordance with with a graphic attachment received during the tender procedure).2) Stage II: a) Conducting consultations and selection of the final design concept by the Ordering Party.3) Stage III: a) preparation of a construction design (to the extent necessary to obtain the right to carry out construction works) in accordance with with: design guidelines specified by the Ordering Party at the stage of conducting the contract award procedure and the final design concept approved by the Ordering Party, the requirements of this contract, applicable regulations, in particular the Construction Law and its acts implementing regulations, b) preparation and submission of application(s) for issuing decisions for all parts/stages of the investment.
