Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the preparation of multi-disciplinary design documentation for the task titled: Preparation of design documentation for the construction of a ski lift with the possibility of alternative use of the infrastructure in the summer in the town of Szczecinek at Mikoaja Reja Street, including in particular: 1) design concept, 2) construction design; 3) executive design; 4) Technical Specifications for Works Execution and Acceptance Construction; 5) bill of quantities; 6) investor's cost estimate, hereinafter referred to as project documentation. 2. Design Documentation will be developed on the basis of the Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ), constituting Annex No. 1 to this SWZ, which specifies the functional, technical and quality requirements regarding the subject of the order and is therefore the basis for the development of Design Documentation. The purpose of the Agreement is to prepare Design Documentation enabling the implementation of an investment consisting in the construction of a year-round recreation area, taking into account the possible construction, reconstruction or collisions of existing networks, connections and technical infrastructure installations.3.
