1. The subject of the order is the service: Preparation of design documentation for the construction of a sewage sludge processing installation at the sewage treatment plant in Jabonka and the possibility of co-digestion of agri-food waste that can be obtained in the Jabonka Commune, together with obtaining appropriate decisions, arrangements and permits, in accordance with the SWZ, including the building permit decision, as well as to fulfill other obligations specified in the SWZ and this agreement, applicable regulations and standards. 2. As part of the implementation of the Task, the Contractor is in particular obliged to obtain all administrative decisions, conditions, arrangements and opinions required by law, necessary to carry out construction works based on design documentation, on the basis of a separate power of attorney granted by the Ordering Party to a person indicated by the Contractor. 3. The Contractor will perform the subject of the contract in accordance with the Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ) constituting Annex No. 10 to this SWZ, Construction Law, principles of construction knowledge, applicable standards and other applicable regulations.
