The subject of the order is the preparation of a construction design, technical designs and other necessary studies necessary to: - obtain a building permit (the scope of the contract includes obtaining a decision on a building permit, - enabling the submission of an application/applications for co-financing - announcing a tender for the construction of a designed complex for a complex consisting of the Sports Hall Building (independent, with its own heating source), stage I, the Main School Building, stage II, the Auxiliary School Building together with land development, stage III. The study should include design solutions enabling the construction of the entire school and sports complex, divided into three stages: Stage I Sports Hall Building - with the possibility of independent and functioning from the School building/buildings.
