Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the development, in accordance with applicable law and standards, of design documentation for the sanitary sewage system in the town of Brzegi, commune. Wieliczka.2. The documentation should be prepared in accordance with the Description of the subject of the order Annex No. 7 to the SWZ, as well as, in accordance with the concept of building a sewage system in the village of Brzegi, constitute Annex No. 8 to the SWZ.3. The approximate length of the designed sewage system is: - estimated length of the network and exits from the road of the gravity and rolling sanitary sewage system 15 km, - estimated length of the sanitary sewage system 1 km.4. The execution of the order is subject to Polish law, in particular the Act of July 7, 1994. Construction Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2026, items 524, 605, 646, as amended), Act of April 23, 1964 Civil Code (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2026, item 795) and the Act of September 11, 2019 Public procurement law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2026, item 793).5.
