Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the development of a road system concept and design documentation for the construction of a pedestrian and bicycle route along the Czarna Hańcza River on the section from ul. Gen. W. Sikorskiego to ul. Bakałarzewska together with the development of green areas. The documentation should be prepared in two parts with arrangements made separately for each of them as follows: a) prepare design documentation to obtain an administrative decision allowing the construction of a pedestrian and bicycle route along the Czarna River Hańcza on the section from street Gen. W. Sikorskiego to ul. Bakałarzewska together with the development of green areas - documentation no. 1; b) preparation of design documentation for the permit for the implementation of the road investment construction of ul. Bakałarzewska (length approx. 100 m) and Sikorskiego (approx. 120 m long) in Suwałki - documentation no. 2. 2. The project, including all industries, must be developed in accordance with the Construction Law and: a) Regulation of the Minister of Development and Technology of December 20, 2021 on detailed the scope and form of design documentation, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works and the functional and utility program (Journal of Laws, item 2454); b) Regulation of the Minister of Development and Technology of December 20, 2021 on determining methods and bases for preparing an investor's cost estimate, calculating the planned costs of design works and the planned costs of construction works specified in the functional and utility program (Journal of Laws, item 24...
