Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the development of a road system concept and design documentation for the construction of a pedestrian and bicycle route along the Czarna Hańcza River on the section from ul. 1 Maja to ul. Loss of greenery with development. The documentation has been developed serve to obtain an administrative decision for a building permit. 2. The project, including all industries, must be developed in accordance with the Construction Law and: a) Regulation of the Minister of Development and Technology of December 20, 2021 on detailed zakresu i formy dokumentacji projektowej, specyfikacji technicznych wykonania i odbioru robót budowlanych oraz programu funkcjonalno-użytkowego (Dz. U. poz. 2454); b) Regulation of the Minister of Development and Technology of December 20, 2021 on determining methods and bases for preparing an investor's cost estimate, calculating the planned costs of design works and the planned costs of construction works specified in the functional and utility program (Journal of Laws, item 2458); c) Regulation of the Minister of Development of 11 September 2020 on the detailed scope and form of the construction design (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1679, as amended) and other provisions: construction law, detailed provisions, applicable technical conditions, state standards and industry regulations, technical supervision regulations and engineering practice, principles of technical knowledge, as well as other legal acts relating to the subject of the contract, in particular regarding fire protection regulations...
