The subject of the order is: a service consisting in the preparation of design documentation for the construction of the Arts Center building Construction works covering the hiding place along with land development and technical infrastructure as well as demolition of the existing building divided into stages: Stage I: Preparation and agreement with the Ordering Party of the concept and visualization of the design documentation; Stage II: Preparation and submission of complete, multi-discipline design documentation to the Ordering Party; Stage III: Obtaining the final construction permit on behalf of the Ordering Party; Stage IV: Performing author's supervision over the investment carried out on the basis of the documentation design referred to above. The underground part of the designed building will function as a protective structure. The project will be implemented in the Dual-use system in the context of connecting the hiding place with a public building. The underground floor will constitute a hiding place pursuant to Art. 83 of the Act on Civil Protection and Civil Defense of December 5, 2024 (Journal of Laws 2024.1907).
