Różana with infrastructure in Suwałki. A multi-discipline construction project for the construction of a street including all industries. The Ordering Party has current technical conditions road managers, i.e. the Roads and Greenery Authority in Suwałki and Przedsiębiorstwo Wodociągów i Kanalizacja Sp. z o. o. in Suwałki. The remaining required technical conditions and arrangements will be obtained by the designer based on the information issued by the Ordering Party authorizations. 2. The project, including all industries, must be developed in accordance with the Construction Law and: a) Regulation of the Minister of Development and Technology of December 20, 2021 on the detailed scope and form of project documentation, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works and the functional and utility program (Journal of Laws, item 2454); b) Regulation of the Minister of Development and Technology of December 20, 2021 on determining the methods and basis for preparing a cost estimate investor, calculating the planned costs of design works and the planned costs of construction works specified in the functional and utility program (Journal of Laws, item 2458); c) Regulation of the Minister of Development of September 11, 2020 regarding detailed scope and form of the construction project (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1679, as amended) and other provisions: construction law, detailed provisions, applicable technical conditions, state and industry standards, regulations...
