The subject of the order is a service consisting in the preparation of comprehensive design documentation for the construction of a ground and underground parking lot with the function of a hiding place in the U-1 category, along with access roads to ensure the implementation of security tasks. population and civil defense, including the evacuation of the population along with obtaining appropriate documents from the competent architectural and construction administration authority allowing the implementation of the investment in accordance with the Construction Law and the Act of April 10, 2003 on specific rules for the preparation and implementation of investments in the field of public roads. The subject of the order should take into account the requirements of the Regulation of the Minister of Interior and Administration of November 4, 2025 on technical conditions for protective structures and technical conditions of their use and location (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 1548). The task is financed by the Civil Protection and Civil Defense Program for 2025-2026.
