The subject of the public procurement is the development of design documentation along with author's supervision for the investment: Design and construction of the Technical Facility of the Łódź Agglomeration Railway - Łódź Karolew for purposes of operation and maintenance of traction units, implemented as part of the project entitled "Construction of the Łódź Agglomeration Railway, Stage VI - Technical Support". 2. The Ordering Party plans to obtain funding for the project from European Union funds under the program regional European Funds for the Łódź region 2021 - 2027 3. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 12 - Description of the subject of the order (hereinafter: "OPZ") to the Specification of the Terms of Procurement (hereinafter: "SWZ"). 4. Conditions for completing the subject The order contains a draft contract constituting Annex No. 13 to the SWZ - Important provisions of the contract (hereinafter referred to as "IPU"), which the Contractor should carefully analyze before submitting the offer.
