The subject of the public procurement is development design documentation along with author's supervision for the investment: Design and construction of the Technical Facility of the Łódź Agglomeration Railway - Łódź Karolew for the purposes of operation and maintenance of traction units, implemented as part of the project entitled "Construction of the Łódź Agglomeration Railway, Stage VI - Technical Support". 2. The Ordering Party plans to obtain funding for the project from European Union funds under the regional program European Funds for Łódź 2021 - 2027 3. Detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 12 - Description of the subject of the order (hereinafter referred to as "OPZ") to the Specification of Terms of Procurement (hereinafter referred to as "SWZ"). 4. The conditions for the implementation of the subject of the order are included in the draft contract constituting Annex No. 13 to the SWZ - Important provisions of the contract (hereinafter: "IPU"), which the Contractor should carefully analyze before submitting the offer. The contractor is obliged to plan all activities necessary for the proper execution of the order, in accordance with applicable regulations regulations.
