The subject of the order is a service. The subject of the order is the preparation of design documentation for the Construction Design/Technical Design/Execution Design stage along with obtaining the final decision on permission to implement a road investment (the so-called decision on ZRID) for the task entitled Improvement of road safety on national road No. 77 from the intersection with ul. Mickiewicza to the intersection with ul. Lubelsk in the town of Sandomierz. The scope of documentation includes in particular: - multi-discipline construction design, technical design and design executive design, - permanent traffic organization design, - tender documentation (STWiORB, investor and offer cost estimates, bills of quantities), - materials necessary to obtain a ZRID decision or notification of construction works, or a construction permit. The prepared documentation must meets the requirements of GDDKiA in the scope of available tender materials and included agreeing on a multi-discipline project with GDDKiA before submitting an application for a ZRID decision or a ZRID decision or a construction permit or notification of construction works.
