The order was carried out as part of the project... The subject of the order are services consisting of: developing project documentation along with obtaining all required administrative decisions and providing author's supervision services in the Kartuzy Forest District as part of the project entitled "A comprehensive project on the adaptation of forests and forestry to changes climate - small retention and counteracting water erosion in lowland areas - continuation (MRN3)". The purpose of the order is for the Ordering Party to purchase complete design documentation prepared by the Contractor, developed in accordance with the provisions of the Act on of October 3, 2008 on the provision of information on the environment and its protection, public participation in environmental protection and on environmental impact assessments (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1112, as amended), subject to all conditions arising from the Act of April 16, 2004 on nature protection (consolidated text, Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1478, as amended) and the Act of July 20, 2017, Water Law (consolidated text, Journal of Laws of 2025, item 960, as amended), with determination of the investment location in accordance with the Act of March 27, 2003 on spatial planning and development (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1130, as amended), allowing the Ordering Party to select a contractor for the works in accordance with the Act of September 11, 2019, Procurement Law public (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1320) and for the performance of these works and the commissioning of the completed small retention facilities in accordance with the Act of...
