Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the implementation of the investment entitled: Extension of the P&R parking lot in Michaowice in the design and build formula.2. The subject of the order includes the development of complete design documentation, obtaining the necessary decisions allowing the implementation construction works/submission of notifications and execution of construction works for the implementation of the Investment specified in section 1 over.3. The subject of the order will be carried out in two stages: 1) Stage I, including the preparation of comprehensive design and cost estimate documentation, 2) Stage II including construction works.4. A detailed description of the subject of the order and the scope of the Contractor's obligations are specified in the annexes to the SWZ, including, among others: in the Functional and Utility Program together with appendices, hereinafter referred to as the FFU, constituting Appendix No. 8 to SWZ and in the Draft Provisions of the Agreement, hereinafter referred to as "PPU", constituting Annex No. 9 to the SWZ. NOTE: In every place in the PFU and PPU where the Polish PN Standard is indicated or quoted, the Ordering Party allows equivalent standards, in accordance with Art. 101 section 4 of the Public Procurement Law. 5. The above-mentioned documents are to be treated as mutually complementary.
