Tender Details

The subject of the order is the preparation of design documentation and construction works for the implementation of the task entitled: Renovation of the Municipal Building at ul. Fitelberg. The subject of the order includes, among others: a) preparation of design documentation for the project technical and executive works and STWiOR for the replacement and repair of the entrance door, replacement of the balcony window, renovation of the external stairs to the western building along with sheet metal work and balustrades, renovation of the public bathroom on the basement level, replacement of doors to the technical room on the basement level, painting the rooms on the ground floor and first floor along with the staircase and internal balustrades, securing selected walls with fenders and installing an additional gate in the fence line in accordance with requirements and agreement with the Ordering Party and the User, b) execution of individual tasks and acceptance by the Tychy City Hall, c) replacement of a balcony window in one of the groups, d) replacement of the entrance door to the building and repairs of the entrance door to the building, e) renovation of the bathroom (toilet) on the basement level, f) replacement of the door to the technical room on the basement level, g) renovation of the staircase...
