1. The subject of the order is the preparation of design documentation for the task titled: : Reconstruction of DP 4304E ul. Mazowiecka in Czerniewice on the section from the intersection with the municipal road No. 116108E in the town of Lechw to the intersection with the county road No. 4305E ul. Poudniowa village town of Czerniewice. The order includes the preparation of design documentation for the task and the provision of author's supervision for the acceptance of construction works carried out on the basis of design documentation prepared by the Contractor.2.
