The subject of this order is the preparation of design documentation along with obtaining a construction permit and a conservation permit for the investment entitled Reconstruction and superstructure of the Main Building of the National Institute of Oncology located in Gliwice at ul. Coast of the Home Army as part of the task of Creating a Genome Sequencing Center on the second floor of the Main Building of NIO PIB Gliwice.2. Description of the subject of the order and terms of order execution are included in the attachments: 1) Price specification - Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ, 2) Functional and Utility Program - Annex No. 3 to the SWZ, 3) Designed provisions of the contract that will be introduced into the content of the contract - Annex No. 6 to the SWZ.3.
